Microgreens are small seedlings of edible plants (vegetables, herbs) that are considered a new form of superfood worldwide. They are much smaller than ordinary plants, and yet they have an unexpected intensity.

They contain a huge amount of vitamins and minerals. Therefore, it is also not necessary to consume them in such large quantities as the usual vegetables. In fact, they have a much higher concentration of nutrients compared to their fully mature counterparts.

For its complex taste profiles and textural contrasts, a few pieces of this delicacy are enough to transfer your meals to completely new dimensions of culinary delights.

Our microgreens and sprouting seeds are certified and tested for EHEC and other pathogenic bacteria. We sell our seeds in 250 gram portions. An elaborate amount so you can also use them for growing sprouts and micro greens in the Sprouter grow cabinet.
