For all G-kit grow boxes we have made to size grow trays. The trays are available in two different models. So called “Danish trays” with drainage gutters and flat bottom trays made of PVC.
The Danish trays are used in our automatic irrigation systems. They are perfect for use in drip- and eb & flow systems. After each watering moment the trays drain nicely. So your plants will never sit with their roots in pools of remaining water. This increases their ability to take up oxygen and decreases the risks of deseases and rot.
Danish trays need to be placed on special grow tables. They can’t be placed flat on the floor of your grow box because of their profiled surface.
If you’re looking for a leak collector on which you can place your hand watered pots the white PVC trays are a better choice.
They can be placed flat on the bottom of your cabinet. Their 4cm raised edges will make sure no water leaking from underneath your pots will spoil your carpet.
