VYPR 2x is comparable to VYPRx with a 20% increase in output and a shorter form factor, now just 24” long, VYPR 2x is an ideal greenhouse grow light or indoor high ceiling grow light for low DLI crops and operations looking to extend their photoperiod.
For indoor environments, VYPR 2x has a minimum recommended mounting height at 36” for optimal uniformity and PPFD. VYPR is a passively cooled device, relying solely on ambient conditions (and breakthrough engineering) for heat dissipation. VYPR is suitable for operation in still ambient temperatures from -40°C (-40°F) to 40°C (104°F); however, we recommend at least one ft3/s of airflow to ensure efficient cooling. Fluence VYPR 2x has an operating temperature of 50°C (122°F) above ambient.
VYPR is designed as a greenhouse grow light or a sole-source indoor light, it should not be deployed outdoors or in direct sunlight.
