Eco Carbon Filter

Eco line filters require no maintenance. The life span of an activated carbon filter depends on many factors. One of them of course is the degree of pollution of the air. Another the humidity of the air that has to be filtered. You can definitely extend the life of your carbon filters by keeping them away from cigarette smoke. An average service life of 11 months is what can be expeted of these filters.
To get the right density of carbon inside the filters a vibration plate is used. This way a compact bed of carbon is formed without obstructing the air flow. A filter sleeve should prevent to much dust getting inside and clogging the filter. After each grow cycle the sleeves can be washed in the machine. This will definitely improve air flow.
